Cancellation Policy

– Should a customer experience an issue with a product, our support team is readily available to assist and provide an acceptable resolution.
– If the ordered item is out of stock, Tulienterprise will promptly cancel the order.
– Prepayment is required for online orders, and any payment discrepancies will lead to automatic cancellation.
– Customers retain the right to cancel their orders at any time, as long as they provide a valid justification.
– Orders for which a receipt was not generated at the time of payment will also be canceled.
– If a customer is dissatisfied with a product, they may lodge a complaint, prompting our full refund process.
